Special dedication to Dr.Yusof - Part 3

Besides that, he is still dedicated to explain one to one for all of us.. how amazing is that .. can you believe a busy lecturer will do so ? Yes, only some of them . And we are so curious about his brain , his built-in human-made data analyzer .... he is clear about every design, statistic ..etc. .. yalar.. of course he studies and work for so long... but can u remember the principles you learnt in f1 ? you also study for so long already .. lolx ....
And i just realized in fact,most of us have the same 1st impression on him. WOW foodscience got young chinese man lecturer wor....lol ... He jz went in for few lectures during 2nd yr ... so 1st yr we don't really know him ..


And only 3rd yr , he was giving lecture on food processing. Accidentally , during a time, we went to ask how to write discussion of a report, we explored his room . My hometown senior, currently a foodscience lecturer at private UC, was his co-supervisor...I was surprised...
Then we really don't know how to do the discussion because we followed his hint to get the journal, yet it was not available. He didn't believe, for few times, and last we had no way and insisted and said we didn't lie.. hahaha.. we really did not lie .. and he searched the internet. Yes , we did not lie ~ Really it was not same.. hehe .. then we sat there and talked about the report.... I still remember, the isotherm of banana.. lol ... We even referred to the book written by his lecturer in US ... but he said his lecturer's book many mistakes.. yes .. it is... because ... when u read u will know ..

So he is an excellent lecturer, we actually treat him as our senior, rather than a lecturer, he is so understanding us, as a childish and blur blur student, where once upon a time , he was too. Of course, there is always respectation .

Somehow, we really cant understand why some lecturers do not ... or they skipped it ??
