ouch ... it's just irritating ..

uhh.... i have pain in my mouth ..errhh what's that called ? the position above the tougue ... i cant eat well this week ... especially when the fruits and vege in front of me ... aRghH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is good for me to diet but there is vege and fruits ................

so i back to bed now ...
